Body building, which means bodybuilding in Turkish, is done by combining weight lifting, calorie intake and some techniques to develop muscle incentives. The issue of how to do the applied techniques is important.
Since everyone has a different metabolism, the techniques applied are different for each person. Therefore, technique selection is carried out according to metabolism and body structure, and the right application is preferred.
Bodybuilding Techniques
Techniques include high-intensity training and increasing intensity. Beylikdüzü bodybuilding is the hall where both techniques can be applied. In the high-intensity training technique, which is practiced 3 times a week, 8 or 6 repetitions are applied for large muscles and 5 and 6 sets are applied for small muscles. Among its subcategories;

Bodybuilding Rules
In the repetitive effort technique, work is done with a low or non-high weight until the power is exhausted. In the maximum effort technique, the highest load is used for 2 weeks and 3 repetitions are done according to the determined movement.
In dynamic effort technique, emphasis is placed on speed rather than weight. In the Beylikdüzü bodybuilding hall, 9 different basic rules are applied for the density increasing technique.
